1. Before you return, contact us at 972-792-7524 for instructions. Returns without an RA number may not be accepted or will be subject to a $10 administration fee.
2. We ship from many different warehouse - only one warehouse can process returns! You will be given this information when you call.
3. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.
4. The return must be received by us within 30 days of receipt of your order for a refund.
5. Upon receipt of your return, it will be inspected and if we can sell it again, we will refund your money less shipping charges.
6. Shipping charges to you and back are not refundable.
7. If you had special pricing on a bulk order, a restocking fee may apply.

We offer UPS Overnight, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day select during checkout. We do NOT guarantee ship date, nor arrival date. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us first for best shipping estimates.
We ship to many countries outside of the US including Canada and most of Europe. We utilize UPS International services. Sorry - we won't use postal services for international shipments.

If you placed the order online, you may cancel it once you login and view your account. Otherwise please call as soon as possible. We process orders every hour and once your order has shipped, we can no longer cancel it.
